Tried the hotel massage,masseurs tried to talk us into more expensive massage service,they talked and laughed among themselves in thai which was very rude and unprofessional,there s better and cheaper massage nearby hotel. Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Location is within walking distance to most of the shopping centre. But what is bad about the hotel is that they never provide breakfast which will cause inconvenient to those 1st timer who visit Hatyai. Other than that, all are still value for our money.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: First of all, i must thank the staff for their concern and help that they have shown during the flood on 1 November to 3 november. The staff had made every possbible way to make the guests feel as comfortable and as safe as possbile during the flood until we were evacuated to the airport. A BIG THANK YOU. And yes...I guess, he must be the resident singer in the hotel, he was there to give us the latest information about the flood and translated what was on TV at the dining room. Thank you...again.Secondly, the hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful of course (even if there was no flood) It was alwyas the Thai smile when you meet them - at the lobby, the lift, the restaurant or even along the corridor... Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Booking services is efficient but only if they could gives what was requested. I requested for for an extra bed with breakfast but need to pay an additional sum to Hotels for the breakfast.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The staff are good and polite but only one or two could speak english.The breakfast very minimal and saturday is the worst.Nothing in the Hotels (no live music in coffe House & etc)except for the free wifi.Could get better facilities nearby hotels with similar rates.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: a rather new hotel. location very near to the action, yet not too noisy. free internet in the room. 3 minutes walk to the KONSORTIUM BUS ticket agent, from where the VIP Buses for KL depart. certainly one of the better places to stay in Hat Yai

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: I liked very much New Season Hotel.The staff specially in restaurant was extremely friendly and caretaking. And their thai-food was so delicious that I eated there everyday.Also room was comfortable with free WiFi.

Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Only problem was getting the non smoking room. Don t know where the problem originated but not good.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: I requested a non smoking room. When checking into the hotel, I was informed that a non smoking room was not available. What else can I say? Moved to two rooms to find one that could be ventilated and usable for that night. Offered to move second night stay but by then it had aired out enough. Did have free wired internet in room and close to downtown. Only had one site review when I booked. Will wait for more next time.
