Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Booking services is efficient but only if they could gives what was requested. I requested for for an extra bed with breakfast but need to pay an additional sum to Hotels for the breakfast.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The staff are good and polite but only one or two could speak english.The breakfast very minimal and saturday is the worst.Nothing in the Hotels (no live music in coffe House & etc)except for the free wifi.Could get better facilities nearby hotels with similar rates.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The location of this hotel is simply idyllic and worth the extra drive from Had Yai. The hotel is old now and in need of renovation but rooms are clean. All the taps leak and so rather than renew the washers they switch of the water pump in the day and if you up early in the morning you have to phone them to switch on the pump. Breakfast was very poor apart from the coffee always steaming hot. We would return as the location is the magnet.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Altogether a very nice stay in the family room. My family enjoyed it and it was very affordable. Bath was a bit too cramp but it was ok. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good location with shopping facilities nearby. Try it.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: a rather new hotel. location very near to the action, yet not too noisy. free internet in the room. 3 minutes walk to the KONSORTIUM BUS ticket agent, from where the VIP Buses for KL depart. certainly one of the better places to stay in Hat Yai

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Den Ausblick aus den Beach-Bungalows sollte man gehabt haben. Die Zimmer werden zweimal täglich in Ordnung gebracht (Moskitonetze am Abend etc.)Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in einen der größeren Family-Bungalows wegen der Low-Season. Ãœberall sehr freundliches Personal. Kein Geldwechsel im Resort möglich. Geld nur mit Kreditkarte erhältlich. Frühstück wird nach 3 Tagen langweilig. Das Essen im Resort ist extrem teuer und es werden zusätzlich noch 10% Servicecharge und 7% Vat dazugerechnet. Aber dafür kann man zu Fuß am Strand entlang in Richtung Pier in das kleine Dorf gehen (10 Min). Man kann dort eine Kleinigkeit am Ende der Straße essen und trinken (Mama Yong fragen); im Hilltop Restaurant gibt es mehr.Auch alkoholische Getränke werden im Dorf angeboten (muslimisch).Bootstouren sind auch hier günstiger als im Resort.Koh Mook ist eine super Wahl; der Standard im Resort ist bis auf das Frühstück hoch und in Verbindung mit dem Fischerdorf kann man dort sehr schöne Tage verleben.Bei Fragen: Daoreha@msn.comGrüßeHagen

Pros:-Excellent restaurant at the hotel!-The very famous local smile was included-Quite clean room, nothing special, could use a little bit of facelift probably.Cons:-no safety deposit box in the room-balcony was confusing. Just a decoration, not really a balcony.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Our stay was 5 nights, the resort was the best on the island, perfect rooms, good restaurant and very friendly staff (we later learnead from friends that Sita on Lipe is the place ) A bit to walk to the walking street but a nice one (did it every day) , if they just could put one rubbish/glass picking team on work every morning this island whould be pardise. Try the very cosy bar just west of the hotel (driftwoodbuild athmosphere), did it every night night) Karin&Anders Spangberg

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Coco Cottage is a wonderful place to stay! The island is very calm and beautiful and also the resort s well kept garden with it s many trees and flowers. Nice bungalows and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return as soon as possible!
