Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: As usual, the facilities were amazing. Right across the street from Karon beach, great pools, super resaurant with awesome staff. The one thing I was quite upset about is our check in. There were two families including mine and we reserved two different classed rooms since we were families of 3 and 5. When I asked if we d be in the same building, the reception worker said she d try. Then she handed us room cards and told us our rooms. What she DIDN T tell until I asked is that in order for us to be in the same building, she had to downgrade my friend s family. She also said nothing of the price difference which was around $40/night. I was quite upset as it just seemed like it was all done in a very sneaky manner. Then I asked if one of us had to change buldings, why we weren t offered an upgrade instead of my friend being downgraded, since I m an Honors member and all. The reply was .... silence. Not pleased at all with that. Anyways, after that original hiccup, it was a great stay and we all wished we were staying longer. [ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Excellent hotel. It is very difficult to find anything wrong with this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. We were upgraded to Saitong wing, our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. One small disappointment was that although we were given a sea -view as requested, our view was very limited due to us being on a low floor.This apart, we were most impressed with the facilities and cleanliness. Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: This is the second time we prefer the same hotel same type of room sea view saitong wing The view from the room is fabulous.The rooms with thai style decoration are light,clean and comfortable. The beach and the swimming pools are quite.The location of the hotel is both close to Karon beach center, and Patong beachand is ideal for a silent sleep. The Spa is my favourite...We would go for Phuket Arcadia again if we visit Phuket for an other time

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: 1.Delay in checking-in. It us at least one hour.2. We have reserved for three night , but stayed only one night. This is due to the hotel being far from resturants, shops etc. 3. The receptionst was not realy very helpful. 4.Najee was the Only helfull staff during our one night stay.5. The hotel was not realy clean - lizerds, flys etc.6. The beach was very far from the hotle itself.7. We expected much better service, hotel comort, view. However, it did not meet our expectation as we have seen the pictures in the net. I regret to say that a hotel chain like the Hiltons have such average class of service and room comforts.My over all raqting would be below average, 4 out of 10 or 2 star rank.This is my true and fair comments.[ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Everything was perfect. We received confirmation of our payments and an e-voucher to present to the hotel which presented no problems at all.
