NOT GOOD HOTEL. Sleeping in the street is better than this hotel

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Some insects (blood biting) were there on the cots /beds. Wooden cots to be replaced, regular insect-killer spray is required. Waiters (hotel boys) are hungry for tips (money).

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Worst hotel ever found in Pattaya. The staff is very slow, lifts didn t work properly (some guests ever trapped inside). The breakfast is plain. I will never ever recommend this hotel to my guest.

Comment est géré le processus de réservation: The service itself was good but the Centre Hotel front desk staff took about 15 minutes to find my booking - all I may add, with couldn t care less attitude.If I had not had a prepaid booking for this hotel, I would have moved to another hotel the very next day. I will never ever stay there again and will reccomend my friends and colleagues not to do so either!
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The hotel s front desk staff are very impolite and my arrival process was one I do not to experience again. although the room was very good, the dreariness and drab, dark and dingy appearance of the public areas needs vast improvements. The staff gave the impression that everything was a real chore for them.As for the food quality and the service, especially the breakfast, I personally would strongly advise everybody to eat outside.

The room was large, but that s about all I can sayThe hall carpet was stained to an absolutely disgusting state and this carried over to the room, where the carpet, bed surround and furniture cushions were all exrememly stainedThe windows were so filthy on the outside that it was difficult to take a photo through themThe bathroom tiles were mouldy, the bath chipped in many placesThe floor below was being renovated so it was constant banging and drilling noise from about 10am to 6pmLighting arrangement made it impossible to read in bedDespite booking and paying for two people they tried to charge me for a joiner one night but I was having no part of that and they gave upThe breakfast was mediocre, but included in the costStaff were excellent and friendlyUsually gave up on the 24 hour lobby bar and restaurant as the lights would be off and no staff aroundWould not recommend
