Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The place is long overdue for a refurbishment..the carpet in the room is badly soiled and probably never been replaced. The room is quite spacious and comfortable otherwise. The complimentary breakfast buffet is nothing to shout about..the usual standard fare. I did not find the front counter staff warm or friendly during check-in. Not asking for much...a simple hello greeting or a smile would have sufficed. It s too bad the hotel is situated quite a ways from Beach Road and Walking Street.

Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Excellent service from Lek. I had to change my booking due to flight problems at the last minute and Lek sorted it all out very quickly and efficiently.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The hotel is a looking a little tired and worn but still represents excellent value. I stayed in the Century Suite which is basically a normal room with a lounge attached, ideal if you re with a partner and one wants to rest while the other wants to watch tv, etc. The complimentary western breakfast is very limited and consists of mini sausages, fried eggs, ham and toast. There is also watermelon and pineapple as a fruit selection and tea/coffee/orange squash.The staff were all helpful and friendly however the hotel seems to get regular large groups of asian tourists, many of whom were loud and rude to staff.The swimming pool is very nice and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices.I would certainly recommend this hotel for all as it offers great value for money. The location is perfect for escaping the loud noise of the bars and clubs and it only costs 10 baht on one of the regular taxi s to the main beach road and walking street or if you don t mind walking the beach road is around 10-15 mins away by foot.
