Air con was good, room was nice and tons of TV channels for if you were feeling a bit worse for wear after a night out! Definitely recommend it!

The staff are so nice. The reception can help to keep you room key when you go out. But the room is a little bit expensive compare to the room quality.

Only 4 floors high though so ain t too bad. Rooms were spotless clean too, which is good

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Great hotel, we had booked a mountain view room but our room had some ocean view, I guess we were lucky! The hotel is located very close to everything, and a 2 min walk from the pier.The room was big with everything you d want; balcony, beach towels, TV, AC, fridge, safe etc.The only downside was the loud music from the bars at Ao Long Bay, you could hear this until about 2 AM. This is probably a problem throughout most of Phi Phi, unless you go to the remote parts.Mind that check in starts at 2PM. When you take an early boat you ll have to wait for a while. It was against their policy to refund after the we had check-in, but they did anyway because of our unpleasant experience with Ying the receptionist. Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The rooms and location of this Phi Phi Hotel are pretty good. Nice size rooms and location is very close to the pier. But they have has so many rules it s like being on a school trip. When we arrived the receptionist who served us was called Ying. I showed her the confimation email and voucher on my iPhone, but she wouldn t let us check in because we didn t actually print the voucher even though they had our booking in the system. We asked if they could print it out, but she blatantly said that the hotel does not have a printer (which I find very hard to believe). We told her we were tired after a long trip and asked if it alright to check in first and print out the voucher later. Ying the receptionist, instead of being helpful or understanding, was extremely rude to us. She would not let us check in until we printed the voucher and even said I not care about what you say . So we had to go find a internet cafe to print it out. After we check in they told us the other rules in this hotel:1. No non-registered guest in your room after 10pm, even though it is a double room for 2 people. And I believe they fine you 2000 baht if you break this rule.2. No late check out past 11am. They will charge you 500 baht for every hour that you check out late.3. No food or drinks by the pool. So you can t sit with a cocktails or even a can of coke by the pool (which was btw quite small).4. Children are not allowed in the pool even though there had a shallow children pool. We actually saw the staff tell 2 kids that they could not swim and told them to leave the pool area.After this I could imagine spending all 3 night we booked there. I immediately called the online agency where I booked the hotel and asked if they would refund they the other 2 nights. They said it was against their policy to refund after the we had check-in but when I explained to them what happened they agreed to refund the other 2 nights (Thank God!). We ended up getting a room in a nice, clean guest house with a friendly, helpful receptionist for 1/3 the price of this hotel. If you want to stay in a nice hotel with a pool there are many more choices on Phi Phi: PP Cabana, PP Casita, PP Banyan Villa, PP Palm Tree, PP Villa (and I m sure they don t treat their guest like children with all those rules) [ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: We and our friends had a wonderful trip in Phi Phi island this May by staying at this hotel. It is not the best but overall is just good. For families like us, with little kids together, we really had a good choice with Phi Phi Hotel. The location is good, and the reception girls were kindly enough to meet all my requests including low floor, quiet area etc. Only 1 thing not making me happy was they refused to refill water for our bottles during breakfast, which might indicate how valuable the driking water is in this island.
