Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Great booking service, it s my first time and it was good. smooth transaction, no hassle, we reached the hotel and the hotel was readily awaiting us. no need additional registration whatsoever, we just showed our printed coupon from ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com, and we were guided right away to our room. it was a good deal and great service from ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com, thank you.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: we didnt expect much from the hotel, but it was better than we expected. the weather is hot at that time so we re glad our room have both A/C and fan. the toilet is a bit cramped, but that s not a big deal. somehow im sure that if it was a crowded season, with lots of bar around the hotel s location, the room will be vulnerable to noise as it s wall is a bit thin. so we re lucky we came during low season with less people in the vicinity. but my ultimate conclusion is the hotel is a good value for the price we paid, and also a bit better than expected.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Krabi was nice and we have a wonderful time there. Hotel clean, staffs were friendly but having problem with the electrical items in the room. Ceiling fan not working. Electrical fuses short circuit when hot shower and aircon used together and smell of burnt in the room. We have to use only either the aircon or hot shower at a time. We stayed for 4 nites and finally the last nite during midnight whole circuit board gave way and nothing can be used and we have to sleep only with a spare stand fan loan to us by the helpful receptionist.

Comment est géré le processus de réservation: While the bank transfer option is a very good one, it took longer than usual for the funds to clear and I regularly needed to email ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com.com for an update as to whether or not the funds had cleared and my booking was confirmed.

It s in a very good location, provides free wi-fi in the rooms (very rare in Ao Nang), is well cleaned, drinking water is provided daily, communal microwave & kettle are provided. Staff at front desk don t know much about the town, mattresses sag, electrical fuses short out if you use 3 or more appliances.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: This is no four seasons, but we had a ball. Very cheap, clean and suits those that dont want to spend the holiday in the room. We were there when there were minor renovations happening and we were still not inconvenienced. The occasional loss of power was no issue either. The staff were friendly and helpful. A tour desk, internet service, laundry service and a tailor at the bottom of the hotel - all helpful, with, if you shoudl need it, starbucks, mcdonalds and 7-11 across the road. Comment est géré le processus de réservation: booking service is great. But i was disapointed for the transport as the guy claim there is no cheaper transport route to Aonang. Well there is a white bus going to Aonang and its also comfortable.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: hello, i had a wonderful time in Krabi, enjoyed my stay. The hotel was fine clean and well kept..the only problem is the hot shower. It goes off and on and at times i had to wait abt 5 mins for water to run out..theres no service for drinkin hot water in d hotel. well for the service the staff was friendly.
