Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: A lovely, peaceful retreat on the north of the island. Stunning gardens and snorkelling directly off the beach. A friendly family who are keen to help you learn Thai and cook the most incredible food! We have yet to find food as authentic and tasty after a few weeks still in Thailand! It s hard to get around from here, and to get into town you must rent a scooter, or wait a very long time for a taxi. The beach however is perfect!The owners are very nice, and are willing to help if needed. English is not spoken very well here, and there were many misunderstandings. There was a fight behind our dinner table between the members of the staff, pushing and shoving and yelling at each other. This is a family business, and you must take is for what it is. Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Coconut beach is a retreat away from everything where you lead a simple life; no hot water, no electricity except for between 18.00 and 22.00, etc. It s as far as you can get from the pier and the road is partly really bad. If you can live with this and loves really good Thai food, friendly and personal atmosphere, relaxed beach life and beautiful scenery this is the place! This was our 3rd time...

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Wonderful staff! Wonderful rooms! Great location!My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! The rooms are super clean and very nice. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel offers free wifi in the lobby/chillout/restaurant area. It is very cozy and the food is delicious and quite cheap. The beach bar is awesome. The cocktails were superb and the ambiance is amazing. The beach is not good for swimming since it is very shallow, but it is still very pretty. The location of these bungalows is great. Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: This little hotel was wonderful. We arrived late at night and they greeted us with such hospitality. We couldnt have asked for a more picturesque setting. The food was lovely and extremely well priced. It was close enough to Tongsala and Haad Rin that we rented a scooter for the day and travelled. Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Basic bungalows, not the cleanest. Good location if you are looking for a pretty beach and relaxation. Easy to get a taxi back from Haad Rin after Full Moon - 200 baht. Staff friendly but not very efficient. Food good but slow to come.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: I consider my wife and I to be very adaptable travellers, BUT Coconut Beach Bungalows were stinky, disappointing service, mediocre food at the restaurant. The owner refused to get up from laying down and instead barked out orders to her staff! And she tried to charge more for our room that we had already paid for online. Great snorkeling with coral reef close to the beach and very peaceful during the day - no constant music! Very mellow night life with good food, nice music, games available and even movies on DVD if you want. Only the cook was very friendly, however the food was expensive for its qualitiy.Last but not least we had cold and windy weather and the beach was flooded. That s why we had to rent a car to go to the south.Taxi prices are incredible high.We will come back because we like Koh Phangan, but we will book something in the south and no more coconut beach bungalows!!! FABULOUS if it s sunny the whole time but might be worth changing plans if it rains.There are only 2 beach front bungalows. Worth it to book them early.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: These bungalows are exactly what I was hoping for, and more! The staff are the sweetest people you ll ever meet, and we re always very responsive to our needs. Staying here is sort of like going camping. Sure, there s no hot water (you don t really need it though because of the hot humid weather), and the electricity is off from about 7AM to 3PM every day. That s not the fault of coconut beach however, it s simply the norm for almost every place on Koh Pha-Ngan. However, it s a great motivator to get out of your bungalow and actually see the rest of the island (you know...the whole reason your on vacation in the first place).
