Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: This was the second stay there for us as a family of four. The best is the pool and the nice location of the villas in the rainforest. There is nothing like a family deal. Familys have to take the more expensive villas and they are charged 800THB for an extra matress on the floor, and often they have to pay extra for the childs breakfast on top. This seems to be the case everywhere in Koh Chang, and it would be nice , if the TAT would claim more family friendly offers. They use poison to fight the mosquitos, but other insects are killed as well. The breakfast is below average.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: we were very pleased with the setting and the style of the rooms and the hotel amenities. We were missing a Spa in this ambiente however. Regarding the kitchen professional consultation for cooking western style food (if necessary at all!) is necessary and waiting times need to be reduced. Overall a recommendable hotel!

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Beautiful Location in the jungle, good privacy, nice snorkeling at the cliff. Nice architecture of bungalows and swimming pool. Wlan is fast. But: almost no mosquitos because of the widespread use of insectizides around the area. Breakfast is improvable.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: We stayed at several hotels in Thailand and this was the best one. The rooms were very nice, clean, insect free, and the linens smelled of jasmine. Every detail was taken care of. Most of the staff spoke English and they were able to arrange transportation and activities. It was a very quiet and romantic spot with a very nice pool and a nearby beach, which both have an excellent view of the sunset. They brought complimentary desert to our rooms each night when they closed the curtains and turned down the covers. There were no children that I saw there either. The walking paths are beautiful and the internet pictures are not as good as the real thing. When the island had a power outage for a few hours, the staff brought candles to the rooms in addition to the flashlights they already provided. I will stay here on my next trip to Thailand and highly recommend it.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: We have travelled the world and stayed in many wonderful hotels, but we have to especially recommend, the Nisa Cabana near Bang Bao Fishing Village on the Island of Koh Chang, Thailand. Our visit was booked via www.ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com.com on their discount Thailand link and we were very happy with their service.The Nisa Cabana is Koh Chang s secret. It is an absolutely stunning location. Unfortunately, the ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com.com web site does not have pictures that show it to its best advantage, but you can see more beautiful imagaes on the resorts own web site at www.nisacabanakohchang.com.We booked into a superior Garden View Villa but actually received a Superior Sea View VIlla with additional private outdoor bath and shower on a large wooden balcony overlooking the sea. The ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com prices were excellent (almost half the hotel s advertised price when we booked) and we found ourselves surrounded in quiet luxury as the staff attended to our every need. I felt like a Queen as every evening, the maid brought us a jar of cookies or freshly baked cake and fresh ice for our well stocked bar fridge, when she came to turn down the large, King-size bed and close the numerous drapes. The villas are bright, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. We found our quality linens, towels, bathrobes and slippers were changed daily. Our greatest delight was to be able to catch up on our email on our private balcony using the free resort Wi-Fi internet access included in the room rate. We could open up our room to the elements during the day, allowing the outside in through the numerous doors and windows. At night, a very effective air conditioner allowed us to sleep in perfect, insect free, coolness. The sunsets over the sea are stunning and we enjoyed many an evening just admiring the beauty arround us.The restaurant provides very good food. Our favourite is the numerous Thai dishes, but they also provide continental and American style choices. Breakfast during quiet periods is served a-la-carte, but on weekends and busy times, a large buffet style breakfast is available. Either way, we could not fault the polite service we received.If we wanted to go to the beach or to Bang Bao, a free 24-hour shuttle service was at our disposal, but very often, we just enjoyed the resort with its stunning infinity pool and easy listening music. The resort does take children in double bedroomed Villas but we feel Nisa Cabana lends itself for those looking for a romantic get-away location. Perfect for a honeymoon couples, business people needing a break, and those that value quiet with plenty of tropical foliage and birdsong to accompany their stay. We only booked a week, but would be happy to stay here again as it has been so enjoyable.Colette and Roger, Nottingham, England
