Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Although I have used your site to obtain information on many occassions this was my first time to book hotel rooms using the site. It was easy to use and the response was very quick. However, I had to send several reminders to get the hotel voucher by email. Perhaps there was a problem in the system. It was not automatic as I expected.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Perhaps this is the largest resort in the Saiyoke-Noi area. As I noted it was mostly used by the tour groups. We were just an odd family outside the norm. I booked the river wing after seeing pictures in the website but the hotel upgraded us to the Royal wing even without a request. Later I found that the river wing is very dated and smelly and look ghostly. In contrast rooms in the royal wing are very spacious and clean. You can get an ordinary view of the Kwae Noi River from the balcony. Very calm and quite and ideal for relaxing/reading. Compared to some other resorts in the same area, the location of this hotel is quite ordinary and unexisiting. The lanscape of the hotel is awful. It is neither a designed landscape nor a natural landscape being in a forest area. You do not get a feeling of staying in a forest retreat. The breakfast buffet lack a variety. It was the same in all four occassions. We had one tasteless dinner. After that we drove to the nearby town (about 5km) for all our major meals. I will not go there again.

Comment est géré le processus de réservation: It was OK. Some of my enquiries took up to 3 days to get a reply. This should be much better. However, when I did get a reply , it was always courteous and friendly.
Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: This is our 2nd stay here. They were upgrading one wing at the time,( always a problem ). The beds are a little too hard and the bathrooms need to be upgraded, they look a bit tired now. The service and staff were fantastic, great people to be with !

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: You should only take hotel package (2d/1n or 3d/2n) b4 you leave bangkok. Nothing different from other hotels except for Raft House. You should only stay in Raft house.

It is a bit far from Kanchanaburi, but close to Hell fire pass and not too far from Erawan waterfalls and the Death Railway. Very friendly staff, good food and nice clean rooms. We certainly will come back here.Our children liked the swimming pool a lot.

Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Booking service wonderful. We had to cancel twice. Once our car was broken into and we had to go to police. Second time, my wife was sick and in hospital. All it took was a call to reschedule. Best service I ve seen.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Dirty and stinky bathroom with cockroaches. Unhelpful staff in the recepcion. They didn t help us at all when we were looking for a place to rent a car because the hotel is far far from everything. Very expensive internet rates 60B for 15 min and don t speak english in the restaurant and they tried to charge us extra money always the 3 nights we ate there because there is nothing near. Very good swimming pools.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: I fully recommend the Raftel accommation, it was more than adequate in size for our family of three. Relaxing on our balcony watching the Kwai Noi river was very enjoyable. Our tours were well organised and I would make special mention of Mona, our guide on a day tour, she was outstanding. The food was good and the waiters entertaining. It was a lovely place to end our Asian holiday.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Hotel staff friendly, decent breakfast for Thailand. However, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to sleep in. They use a very very loud phone to have housekeeping check the rooms for anything taken out of the minibar upon check out. The phone in my hall (that happned to be right next to my room) started to ring at 7 am. Finally after a couple hours, I got up and took the phone out of the wall and brought it into my room. ahh back to sleep

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Tranquil and picturesque setting, this hotel is a little of the beaten track but worth finding. Really suited for activity type holidays eg. white water rafting, quad bikes, trekking etc. Has a peaceful atmosphere to relax in the evening. Room was basic but fairly clean. Really wished we had stayed longer.
