I had a few issues with one or two of the staff not being very helpful or friendly but we all have our off days i suppose? The rooms were cleaned to a resonable standard (got what you paid for). I think the whole of the hotel could do with a bit of a make over as it is looking a bit dated and worn.I would have no problem stopping here again depending on the price? Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The hotel room was fine, location is near the centre and there is good parking with security. Price 1050 was ok but wouldn t want to pay more. Pool is good but changing room is a little basic. The two downsides as I see it are the breakfasts which go downhill the later you go and the wait for cooked eggs, the other is the wifi which I am surprised is not free as other hotels in Udon and the price to use it. Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: The Charoen Hotel is a nice hotel. Even though the outside of the hotel looked a little old the room I had (Junior Suite) was large and very clean and nice. It was a short 5 minute walk to all shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Staff were friendly and helpful to me when I stayed.
