Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: We come already for many years in Chiang Mai Plaza, this time we stayed for 4 weeks and every day was wonderful.To start with the rooms comfortable and clean, the breakfast also good and the entrance and hall is royal beautiful. Comment est géré le processus de réservation: Very good service, I called to change the booking date only one day in advance due to the weather problem, they can manage it without any problem. I will definitely use the sawasdee website to book the hotel next time.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: February 2011We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 10 years.We had booked two rooms with a door in between, which worked fine.The rooms were okay and the standard was quite ok after Thailand standard.Places Nobody was quite ok, close to night market and other attractions.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Just came back from Chiang Mai for a one week holiday. We have no complaints on the hotel. Even though it is not a new hotel, you can feel its warmth. It is clean, beatiful lobby, helpful front desk and nice breakfast. Our complaint regarding the third bed and toilet seat was dealt with almost immediately. Would stay there again. For holiday stay for my opinion unqualified. Lazy, passiv, unmotivied staff, very bad room-cleaning. Recommended from Sawasdee is overdone. Angelo Rizzi

Its only 2 minutes walk from night bazaar and everything youll ever need. In my oppinion, one of the better places to stay if you visit Chiang Mai. Cheap rooms in excellent conditions with very friendly staff and service.
