Booking was ok but had to wait for checking in as 1 room was not ready.I room was stinking with bad smell and only the next day, they changed to another room. 12 of myfamily members could not sleep for the whole night .

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Es ist ein schönes, modernes, sauberes Stadthotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Der Pool sauber. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten direkt im Trubel, wohnt aber dennoch ruhig. Der Strand ist über die Strasse nach nur 300 m leicht erreichbar. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

It was a full family affair this time round, we have brought our kids, my niece and Mum as it was my Siters Wedding. The hotel is the centre of Cheweng Rd, and great location. The Hotel is very clean and all the staff are very helpful, carrying and polite. The room are fantastic and clean at all times, and a value for the money. Our kids were treated so well by the staff at the hotel, always very accomodating to our needs. You can t ask for more than that. We are defenetely coming back again next year, but this time we are going to bring all of our staff, as a part of our Company Staff Holiday. For instance they wanted to let me pay the room again. Means Hotel staff is not trained enough!AC in the room is not installed at the right place. The AC-fan is blowing directly to the bed!

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Well situated hotel in the middle of night life. You can get to beach on foot in 4-5 minutes. But you can t swim there. You need to go for 5 minutes more along the beach to swim.The smell from bathroom is severe. It seemed someone was dead and dacayed there.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: My wife and I cannot praise the Nora Chaweng hotel enough. Had a wonderful 10 day stay. The hotel has all the amenities of a good 4 star European hotel and the rooms are very nicely designed. It is convenient for all the shops, restaurants and bars in central Chaweng Beach, as well as easy access to the beach itself through the resorts opposite. All at a fantastic value price compared to other hotels and resorts we have stayed in on Samui.Breakfast was fairly bog standard with a decent selection but the Thai food on offer at breakfast was exceptionally delicious and I would recommend it.Last but not least I must mention the staff. If someone tells us that there are nicer, friendlier, more helpful staff anywhere in the world we will not believe them. And at this hotel that went from top to bottom. Reception, porters, restaurant, housekeeping, security alike were all lovely, and genuinely so too. Believe me we can tell the difference! From the free massage while we waited for our room on arrival to the free 2 hour extension to our checkout time (without us asking for it, just asked if we could leave our bag with them until we went for our flight) they were 100% perfect.Thank you everyone at Nora Chaweng for helping us have such a lovely holiday.
