Comment est géré le processus de réservation: too complication for online booking. Didn t provide hotel contact that cause problem in finding the hotel espeically when it s location is not good.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Very clean and nice rooms, bathrooms was great with big shower cabin. The staff and the manager in peticular was very helpful. It was a great stay. The location was very near a BTS but the hotel is a bit out of the way so it was hard to find back the first couble of times.
