Not the hotel by it self but the staf was terrible. we had a late arrival but the rooms were still not availibul at 20,30 IN THE EVENING!!!!!! The staf in the reception did not smile for a second. Not tu us and not to any of the other guest eather. The cleaning staf was very nice but the others rude and very much unlike what we are use to after maybe 50 hotel-stays in Thailand. We have only meet great, nice and helpful people working at all hotels EXEPT THIS DISCUSTING STAF AT RAMBUTTRI VILLAGE INN.Hope You all understand my bad english so You got my message - DON´T BOOK THIS HOTELL!!!! Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: Even if booked 2 month in advance, the room we got had an Ac very noisy and the location was not as Superior. We asked for a change and finally we got a better room. In general the hotel is very noisy , doors are slammed the all nigth, people talk loudly in the corridors any time. Difficult to sleep.

Autres commentaires sur cet hôtel: I have stayed here for about 6 times now. Before in a twin and triple room, this time I had booked a double room. We stayed here twice this holiday, both double rooms were absolutely worse than the other rooms I had stayed in before!Both rooms were small and the sheets had cigarette burning holes in them. The first room had extremely hard beds, the first night I could not sleep because the mattress simply hurt my body. I friendly asked for another room, willing to pay more, but they were full , which I doubt. But then again, service there has never been great I think. Reception staff work very hard.Location is great, very close to Khao San road yet the rooms are very quiet. Soi Rambuttri is a nice road with lots of restaurants.Next time I will probably stay here again but not in a double room. [ThaïlandeHôtels-24.com integr.ERR:escaping]
